Yoga for the Winter Solstice – Friday, December 21 – 5:45 to 7:15 pm

Even as we move into the quiet, grounding days of winter, the solstice reminds us that the lengthening hours of light will guide us to spring. While celebrating the dual qualities of the season, our yoga practice will bring awareness and harmony to the quiet, reflective and the light, uplifting energies lying within each one of us.

Join us to celebrate the winter solstice in a candlelight yoga class of movement, breath, sound, and meditation.  The class is appropriate for all students.
