Working in bed is a very safe, comfortable way to work all the parts of the body without the effort. Working on a single area without other parts of the body having to hold you up, the part being worked on improves more quickly.

The period between 4 and 7 am, which yogis and meditators have always called the most holy time of day, when the mind isn’t yet awake, this is when the body is in a restful state and can actually correct itself more effectively. We will focus on the hips, pelvis, back, legs, spine and neck.
