Yoga With Weights – Thursday, December 19th, 6 – 7:30 pm
This class is an introduction to using 2-3 lbs weights in conjunction with Yoga Asanas resulting in a unique blend of subtle and dynamic energies.
The benefits of a solid Yoga Practice are numerous.  By incorporating these light weights you may experience improved muscle tone, a more focused mind, and a better sense of balance and symmetry.
