This 4-week Beginner Yoga Session will provide instruction and guidance on basic yoga postures (asanas), breath work and mindfulness.

Whether you are completely new to yoga or a returning student, this class will allow participants the opportunity to experience a yoga practice that will benefit body, mind and spirit.
