We have a diverse teaching staff, and offer a wide range of classes. This diversity in styles and approaches enables you to choose the class that fits your own personal style and goals.

Group Classes: We offer a broad range of ongoing yoga and fitness classes, as well as special workshops and sessions. Class size is limited to provide ample room to move and individual attention from the teacher.

Private classes: All of our teachers offer private, one-on-one instruction. Private classes allow the teacher to address the student’s specific needs or limitations. Continuing students who wish to deepen their practice are encouraged to take an occasional private class.
